Latest News

Here you can find the final (hopefully) schedule of the Spring League. Good Luck to everyone!

The dates are final; two important things:

- There will be an Eastern Break which means there will be no matches played 4 April.

If you want now you can access a Hungarian version of the news about the football league on facebook under the name of Magyar Liga. Hope you will like and enjoy it.

New league is starting in a couple of weeks.

We still have place for new entries. The team registration form is not working on every browser, the best if you e-mail me to 5asideinfo@gmail.com.

The matches will be held at the same place and same time, Sunday nights 6-8. (For more info see FAQ)

Cheers

Hey Guys,

First I would like to wish everybody a very happy new year!

Last year's Autumn League ended in December 2009 with the win of Bumbusfole, congratulations to them. I know it might sound funny as they are the team I'm playing for but still:)

North Team finished 2nd while USA came 3rd. The full standings you can view here.

And here is the goalscoring chart:

The Hungarian Summer League will start next Sunday the 14th of June.

Teams who have already confirmed their entry are as following:

XXX

AC Milka

Sportszelet

Bumbusfole

Park West

Fumar FC

Londoni Banyasz

Cutting Edge

Joskapistak are still a question mark but hopefully they can also get themselves together. It will altogether be 8-9 teams this season so everybody can play their favourite game during the summer.

KOSZI MINDENKINEK!!!

USA managed to defend their title for the 3rd consecutive time. Banyasz were very close and seemed almost sure winners but Park West thought it differentely having beaten them in the last (5th) round.

It was great to see the new teams coming up as Cutting Edge did unexpectedly well and Fumar FC have also been totally transformed this season.

NEW SEASON STARTS NEXT WEEK on the 14th of June!!! New teams are always welcome!

Thanks to Spenger Bacsi our Photo gallery came to life. Please browse and enjoy:-)

After 2006 and 2007 our 5 a side league is ready to kick off for the first time in the new year. Most of the old teams have already confirmed they would enter again but we still have space for a few new entries. On the 8th of March just the Sunday before the official start we are inviting all teams for the usual friendly weekend to the Kensington Leisure Center.

Hope everybody who could make it enjoyed the price giving ceremony as we certainly did:-)

Szep volt Peti!:)
