Hi all

And when we really thought we had made sure everything would be going smooth...

Well. The last three weeks have been all about dealing with the management of the Kensington LC about the lights at the pitches and replacing the nets on all goals. After giving them a call every day from Monday to Friday and visiting the venue twice during the week they promised us to have everything set up for Sunday night. Fortunately we had a bad feeling about them and gave them a call today at 12 to doublecheck. The receptionist was very kind but couldn't help much. She said "We have experienced problems with the lights lately and ... there are only two nets on the goals ... the duty manager starts at 4".

Alright then lets talk to the duty manager at 4. After waiting 10 long minutes while listening the Tom and Jerry opening tone (after 2 minutes it gets boring, after 5 minutes it gets really annoying, at the end it's just pissing you off...) he told me the lights may come on but may not (they actually didn't) and that he is very-very sorry. Then we decided to cancel the 7 pm games - thanks God.

Hereby we would like to apologise to all players of USA, Sportszelet, Park West and Bumbusfole teams for this issue.

Some good news at the end that the other two games went pretty well where two brand new teams introduced themselves. Lot of new players came over and sure enjoyed the games and the atmosphere!
